The following is Concrete House was designed by BAK Architects. This exceptional house located in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. Some people prefer a sleek and minimalist urban design, and others tend to like design with easy maintenance and with lots of natural touch. The Concrete House is all about embracing cool industrial charm. Flanked by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the other side by a green and shady forest.
Located on an elevated part of the site, this home offers incredible views of the outdoors, while promising a lot of privacy. The Concrete House is two-levels house, with trendy industrial style. The intentionally unrefined look of the house gives it a unique identity of its own while adopting a clean and well-defined contemporary outline. Raw concrete, exposed steel beams and unfinished wooden surfaces combine to make the interior both inviting and inimitable. The main floor of the house features an open living area with an ergonomic kitchen, a spacious dining area, twin bedrooms for children and a gorgeous wooden deck. On the top floor is the master bedroom that offers a private entrance to the sweeping terrace through its large sliding glass doors.
The decor in the living room and bedroom with a rustic style, decorated as comfortable as possible, in a neutral atmosphere. A splash, bold green in the guest bedroom and a large glass window offers little visual contrast and texture to the room. This Argentina residence is a perfect example of how to bring the industrial design style to dwelling.
